Roadmap

In light of Omninet's role as a provider of decentralized services, a detailed and phased roadmap over 2025 and 2026 could help align technological development, market expansion, and user engagement. Omninet roadmap divided into eight phases, reflecting plausible milestones based on typical development and scaling strategies for tech platforms like Omninet.

Omninet Roadmap for 2025

Phase 1: Q1 2025

  • Decentralized VPN Development: Roll out advanced encryption updates and additional security protocols for the decentralized VPN service.
  • IPFS Development: Start the development of a user-friendly app for managing stored IPFS.
  • Beta Testing Android App: Roll out the beta version of the app to internal testers and external useres.
  • Website Launch: Design, develop and deploy a website that reflects the Omninet vision and mission, offers detailed information about all services, and provides news updates.
  • Community Launch: Create official Omninet groups and social media to facilitate discussions, feedback, and community support.

Phase 2: Q2 2025

  • Omninet Token Launch: Introduce the Omninet Token ($OMNINET) to facilitate transactions within the ecosystem, incentivize user participation, and support decentralized governance on Ethereum Network.
  • Android App Release: Launch the fully developed Android version of the Omninet App on the Google Play Store.
  • iOS App Development: Begin the development of the iOS counterpart to ensure platform availability across key mobile operating systems.
  • Partnership and Campaign: Establish strategic partnerships and launch marketing campaigns to enhance platform visibility and user base.
  • Beta Testing Omninet App (iOS) on Test Flight: Prepare the app for final release by making necessary adjustments based on the beta testing outcomes.
  • Release iOS App: Launch the fully developed iOS version of the Omninet app on the Apple App Store.
  • Rent VPS and Node Development: Expand the existing infrastructure to allow users to rent VPS and nodes, fostering a more robust, decentralized network.
  • Improve User Interface: Continuously enhance the user interface based on user feedback and technological advancements.
  • Release Omninet App v2.0 on Play Store and App Store: Upgrade the application to version 2.0 incorporating new features, enhanced functionalities, and streamlined user experience.
  • Partnership: Establish strategic partnership on server infrastructure with Cloud Platform like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Digital Ocean, Huawei Cloud.

Phase 3: Q3 2025

  • Expansion of Server Nodes: Omninet plans to dramatically scale its server infrastructure to support increasing user demand and improve service reliability. This will involve adding additional servers in strategic locations
  • Integration of Blockchain Analytics: Implementing advanced blockchain analytics capabilities will allow users and the Omninet team to monitor, analyze, and gain insights from transaction data
  • Enhancement of IPFS File Storage Solutions: Upgrading the existing IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) file storage to offer faster access times, increased redundancy, and improved security protocols.
  • Deployment of Additional VPN Servers: To accommodate a global user base and diverse internet landscapes, Omninet will deploy new VPN servers in 20 additional countries
  • Official Partnerships: Omninet will formalize partnerships with key industry players to expand its technological ecosystem. These partnerships will focus on enhancing technological integrations, collaborative marketing efforts, and co-developed solutions that leverage both Omninet's decentralized infrastructure and partner capabilities.
  • Development of Omninet Web3 Browser: Initiating the development of a dedicated Web3 browser integrated into the Omninet ecosystem will provide users with a seamless, secure, and private browsing experience. This browser will support decentralized applications (DApps) and provide native support for blockchain functionalities, further embedding the utility of Omninet’s decentralized services within the broader digital landscape

Phase 4: Q4 2025

  • First Omninet Conference: Organize keynote sessions, space, and panel discussions that focus on the future of decentralized applications and the role of Omninet in this evolving landscape.

  • Beta Testing Omninet App v3.0: Perform feature-specific testing, community feedback loops, and stability tests to ensure that the new app version meets high performance and security standards.

  • Enhancement of IPFS File Storage Solutions: Upgrading the existing IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) file storage to offer faster access times, increased redundancy, and improved security protocols.

  • Release Omninet App v3.0: Releasing Omninet App v3.0 on Google Play and App Store with new feature, better user interface and optimized app

  • KOLs: Identify and collaborate with KOLs who resonate with Omninet’s vision and values, creating engaging content and leveraging their networks.

  • CEX Listing Preparation: Engage with compliance and legal teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are met, and begin conversations with potential exchanges for listing.

Omninet roadmap for 2026 will be released on Q4 2025
